After a traumatic experience, people can struggle with symptoms that significantly impact their relationships, work, social life and sense of well-being. Anxiety, fear and hopelessness are just a few emotions that can linger after traumatic experiences, as well as relating differently to others and yourself. You may also experience alterations in reality, memory and time. We can help you resolve these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.
Many parents find themselves having to manage challenging behaviours from their children, from tantrums and oppositional behaviours, to drug use, self-harm and violence. We can help to support you through this challenging time and guide you to strengthen the relationship with your child and take back control of parenting.
